Each of us is celebrating Easter as per our religion or not with our family or not. For many years I have been abroad, I have celebrating Easter by myself either in my place in Madrid or in airports running to catch my flight back home in Madrid or in my many other past homes in London and Tirana.
This year I will be in NYC with Greg maybe taking a walk at the botanical garden in Brooklyn and having a nice brunch somewhere in the city. The weather in NYC is looking good and we could use a nice warm day.
This is the first time I colored the eggs for Easter and in a non-traditional way. If I were in Albania, we would go to the Orthodox Church and get the dye for the eggs. Although red is my favorite color (finally accepted) this time I preferred more colorful eggs. So I painted these ones with our chalk paint.
How are you celebrating Easter? What's your favorite way to decorate Easter eggs? Are you planning any Easter egg hunts?
